INVESTMENT CRITERIA FOR HOA LAC HIGH-TECH PARK
The Management Board of Hanoi's High-Tech Parks and Industrial Zones announces the sectors encouraged for investment in Hoa Lac High-Tech Park, including: high-tech research and development; high-tech product manufacturing; human resource training; high-tech incubation and high-tech enterprise development; high-tech service provision; and commercial, service, and housing projects in accordance with the law.
Investment projects must conform to planning regulations, be environmentally friendly, apply advanced technology, save energy, and ensure financial and management capacity. Priority will be given to projects with high investment capital and added value. With its strategic location, integrated infrastructure, special incentives, and dynamic research and startup environment, Hoa Lac High-Tech Park is an attractive destination for high-tech investors.

1. High-tech research and development investment project
2. High-tech investment project to produce high-tech products.
3. Investment project for facilities to train high-tech human resources.
4. Investment project for high-tech incubation facilities and high-tech business incubators.
5. High-tech service provision investment project
6. Other investment projects (commercial, services, housing, etc.)
