Proposed Scale: Approximately 560,000 m2 (56 ha), comprising: Mixed-use land; Greenery and public parks; New residential housing land; Medical and educational complex land; Parking lots and transportation infrastructure.
Estimated Area: 56 hectares (ha).
Proposed Implementation Schedule: 2025 – 2030.
Investment Form: Non-budgetary capital.
Investor Selection Method: Bidding for investor selection.
Project Proponent: Interested Investors.
