Huu Hoa New Urban Area is located in Huu Hoa Commune (now part of Phu Luong Ward, Hanoi) with a scale of 137.7 ha and a total expected investment of 12,679 billion VND. The project is oriented to become a modern urban area, with synchronized technical and social infrastructure, harmoniously combining residential spaces, commercial areas, and ecological landscapes, contributing to the expansion of the southern development area of the capital.

UBND TP. Hà Nội vừa công bố danh mục dự án thu hút đầu tư đợt 1 năm 2024. Trong đó, 36 dự án nằm ở các lĩnh vực bao gồm: xây dựng cơ sở hạ tầng, giao thông, xử lý nước thải, rác thải, khu đô thị, nhà ở xã hội, trung tâm thương mại, chợ, khách sạn 5 sao, công viên vui chơi giải trí.
